The Reservation Process: 

1. Look through this website: pictures, property descriptions, maps, availability and decide which home you want to rent. You can also call or email me anytime with specific questions and availability. 

2. Fill out the Reservations/Booking form above

3. Then, I will email you the rental agreement for your approval. If it is okay, you can fax it back to me. 

4. Payment is not due until 2 months before arrival. If your rental is within two months, you need to send in payment to confirm your rental. If your rental is after two months, you can send in payment two months before arrival. 

5. About 2 weeks before arrival, you can pay the $500 refundable security deposit which will be returned to you about 2 weeks after your stay.

The Neighborhood

This neighborhood is called Seacliff/Richmond. Ocean Beach is located only two blocks away. You can also walk up to Sutro Heights Park and have incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. The Cliff House and Sutro Baths are located a few blocks away or the San Francisco Zoo is about a mile down the beach. This is a great San Francisco vacation home for vacationers or for those attending one of the conventions in downtown San Francisco. You can jump on bus #31 which takes you directly downtown to Moscone Center. Golden Gate Park is only two blocks away from this home. This large vacation rental home is located a few blocks away from the Balboa Street commercial corridor with movie theater, restaurants, cafes, lounges, etc. 

Child Friendly

You can take children for a stroll on the beach which is only two blocks away. Golden Gate Park is also only 2 blocks away. There are lots of playgrounds close by and the San Francisco Zoo is a few miles down the beach.
